Somewhere between wholesome and mischievous lives this batch of hand-twisted sourdough pretzels. Naturally leavened with our “Te of Piglet” starter, each knot takes a quick dip in a bubbling baking-soda bath, then gets brushed, baked, and aggressively salted like the universe intended.

The result: a thin crackly crust, chewy center, and just a whisper of Texas honey sweetness hiding behind all that savory swagger. Snack food pretending to be philosophy. Or maybe the other way around.
