About Me
I built my life standing at the intersection of technology and creativity. For decades I led engineering teams and ran IT organizations as an executive, architecting resilient systems and mentoring engineers. At the same time I lived in the world of rhythm and melody — a lifelong musician who learned to listen closely and improvise.
Today I channel that same curiosity into the art of sourdough baking. What started as a hobby grew into a deep obsession: an experimental practice exploring flavor, texture, fermentation curves, and the alchemy of time. My kitchen is my lab, and each loaf is a new composition.
Quick facts
- IT Executive with 25+ years building and leading technical teams
- Lifelong musician — songwriter, performer, and improviser
- Sourdough baker obsessed with flavors, inclusions, and crumb structure
- Favorite experiments: citrus-rye, fig & walnut, miso-maple crusts
Sourdough Philosophy
My approach blends engineering discipline with musical intuition. I measure fermentation curves and hydration like data, but I also taste and adjust by feel. A great loaf requires patience, restraint, and sometimes a playful leap.

Some experiments succeed. Some remain theoretical. These are the latter.
