Lone Star Banana Bread

Classic Banana Bread with Texas Pecans

Yes, we know — this isn’t sourdough. And we’re okay with that!
Moist, tender, and rich with ripe bananas, this bread has been perfected over 20 years of loving experimentation. We use Texas pecans instead of walnuts because, well, that’s just the Texas way. A buttery oat & whole wheat streusel crowns the loaf, adding crunch and a golden finish.
