Dark, spiced, slow-fermented comfort

A hearth-style sourdough with deep color and quiet warmth. Blackstrap molasses brings a rich, earthy sweetness while ginger adds a gentle spice that blooms in the finish. Naturally leavened with our wild starter, “Tao of Pooh”, and baked to a dark, crackling crust. Finished with a toasted grain crown of oats and einkorn for rustic crunch.
