Handcrafted sourdough — dinner & dessert loaves with personality

Burning Daylight sourdough loaf Burning Daylight sourdough crumb

Burning Daylight

Spicy. Cheesy. Questionable Self-Control.

You didn’t mean to eat half the loaf. You were just going to “try a slice.” Then the cheddar melted. The peppers hit. Things escalated.

Jalapeños, serranos, and cayenne get folded into naturally leavened dough with sharp New York-style cheddar, a touch of fermented garlic honey, and just enough coconut oil to keep the crumb soft and dangerous.

Finished with an egg-white gloss and a dusting of red pepper flakes, it comes out crackly, melty, and mildly irresponsible.
