Wild Blue Morning folds fresh organic blueberries into our
naturally leavened sourdough, creating bursts of jammy sweetness tucked
inside a tender, open crumb.
Finished with a buttery oat–einkorn streusel baked golden on top, it
lands somewhere between rustic hearth bread and breakfast pastry.
Naturally fermented with our house starter,
“Tao of Pooh,” this loaf balances gentle tang, toasted
grains, warm cinnamon, and bright berry notes — perfect with coffee,
butter, or simply torn by hand at the kitchen counter.
